*The 1989 General Plan included the unincorpoorated areas in the south east and southwest of Santa Rosa and the area the future Town of Windsor.

Since 1995 these areas have been incorporated and annexed and parks within them transferred to the City of Santa Rosa or Town of Windsor.

** Includes Non profits, Special Districts and Homeowners Associations properties with recreation facilities within the unincorporated areas.

*** Although the 1989 General Plan EIR acknowledged the role of schools in providing recreation facilities it was not quantified in the EIR analysis.

*****In the June 2000 Revised Draft Outdoor Recreation Plan, the proposed Multi Use trail mileage is composed of the integration of 31 miles of existing trails on public land, 97 miles of new trails on existing public land, 127 miles of trails public roads, and 148 miles of proposed trail right of way that would have to be acquired.
